The Old Time Dance Society

The Old Time Dance Society was formed in 1984 with the aim of 'Keeping Old Time Alive', with 50 founder members. Membership stands at approximately 1000 people mostly in the UK but there are also members in USA and Canada.  

Help for Heroes

Charity providing help for our returning wounded servicemen. This Charity has been selected by Summertime Dancing to receive the proceeds from our charity raffles.

Maestro Records

Maestro Direct specialises in music for Modern Sequence, Modern Ballroom, Latin American and Old Time Dancing.

Savoy Music

Savoy specialises in music CDs and DVDs for Old Time Dancing, Modern Sequence, Modern Ballroom, and Latin American.  They have also recently produced a set of four Old Time Teaching DVDs.  Savoy records was the successor of the 'Dancetime Record Company' which was formed in 1959 and made primarily Old Time Sequence dance music.  Savoy music today has the largest collection of Old Time dance music in the world.

Dancezie Bournemouth

David is one of the United Kingdom Alliance youngest examiner's of dance, he is also a keyboard player with many years of live performance and recording experience for Savoy records.  Recently moved to the Wey Valley area and available for hire to play at dances.

Come Dancing with Jean and David Houghton
